Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 10:30 am, cyclists will gather on the Bloor viaduct and cycle east along the Danforth. Bells on Danforth is one of the east end’s best advocacy/family events.
It’s a fun ride past many great shops and restaurants; a great way to meet fellow east-end cyclists; and a powerful way to raise awareness of cyclists among east-end drivers.
Despite being a busy cycling route, the Danforth still has no bike lanes east of Broadview. Events like Bells on Danforth help shed light on this problem and hopefully lead to a solution (much like how Bells on Bloor helped create momentum for Bloor bike lanes).

See you there!
